Instructions:
Hot Compress: Heat the eye mask in the microwave on medium-low heat for 30 seconds. If not hot enough, you can increase heating time, but do not exceed 1-2 minutes each time, as heating time may vary due to microwave power.
Cold Compress: Place the product in the refrigerator compartment for 30-60 minutes or in the freezer compartment for 15-30 minutes, then remove the product, knead it with hands, and use when it reaches the desired comfortable temperature.
